    Not honoring the 6 month scratch guarantee. Albany store reps not knowledgeable. Asked for lenses to use with computer monitor. Received wrong lense. Took weeks to get corrected and two trips to store- over 109miles of driving. Both pairs scratched and now am getting the runaround because I had a return. Heading toward a hour on the phone with a rep.
