    I have purchased at least 10 pair of eye glasses over the last few years and I have always been impressed with the speed of delivery, the quality, and the customer service. I recently went to a retail store in Salem, NH and had a wonderful experience with the staff there. I don't normally respond to email reviews such as this - but you folks deserve a big "thumbs up"!

    Glasses were fine. Customer service was discouraging. Nobody got back to me either by text or phone call. Took over two weeks to get the frames. Won’t be back
