  • New lenses came back messed up my frames

    These frames fit me perfectly until I got the new lenses put in and now they slide off my face Very disappointed with this set of glasses, especially because they cost almost as much as a new set of glasses except now they’re not even new, why did they stretch out my glasses frames putting in my lenses? I’m very unsatisfied. I don’t even wanna wear them now.

    Extremely helpful when picking out frames. Great selection, staff was very attentive and knowledgeable about the frames and clearly pointed out narrow frames for me. I was able to get an appointment and spoke to doctor about my concerns. When picking up my frames, I was greeted as soon as I walked in and had my 3 frames with adjustments within 10-15 minutes. The frames felt great, looked great, and are of great quality. The salesperson was helpful and encouraging since it was my first time having progressive lens. She even labeled my new sunglasses so I could find them easily in the bag to wear on my way home! Overall amazing experience and will be back!

  • Cute frames, other troubles

    The frames are fantastic! They are so cute and I absolutely love wearing them. My problems came from 2 different spots, a star off for each. First, the starting price wasn’t very clear in the store for RX. They put it in smaller print under the “starting” price (ironic that a glasses place would put the actual price in smaller print under print). Second, I ordered these May 8 and was told to wait the expected 7-10 business days. They finally arrived May 27 (or 28 I can’t remember). Very frustrating. I love Warby Parker and this was my third pair of frames from them and by far the most annoying experience.
