A purchased these glasses because I had others made by a local optical shop. The glasses from the local shop were terrible. They included magnetically affixed sunglasses that came off during every golf swing. I needed a pair that would darken and not come apart with a golf swing. So, I checked out WP. They were half the price. I fully expected to send the back. I used the app to measure everything: progressive lenses height, size, etc. I was shocked by the perfection of the fit and quality of the glasses. Best I’ve ever had.

The frames are fine. But I feel I can't write a proper review without addressing the terrible customer service of Morgan" from the StLouis lication, located on Euclid Blvd. I've never in my life been treated so poorly; nor have I ever been accused of stealing merchandise that she didn't actually box up and out in the bag. (I purchased 2 pairs of frames but only one was put in the bag...and empty box was put in the bag in lieu of what I paid for )
