  • Glasses didn’t fit

    The frames were killing the bridge of my nose. I went in to have them adjusted. Other people were being waited on and I was told someone would be with me. I sat down and another person walked through the door. A clerk walked in from the back and greeted and helped this man right away. He didn’t ask if there was someone else waiting. I waited another 10-15 minutes. The clerk adjusted my glasses and told me to give it another 2-3 days. After two days I couldn’t stand the pain anymore…pain behind my ears and bridge of my nose. I went in again. She tried to adjust again. I told her I wanted to return them and use my old glasses and have the lens’ replaced. This experience was such a pain. Three trips there, waiting time etc. the original sales person should have checked the fit.
