    Exceptional experience at Warby Parker. Arrived , eye test , digital imaging scan etc easy and quick. The selection of frames is abundant ! I was just looking for regular day to day frames etc , found some and 10 days later arrived . Awesome - highly recommend Warby Parker as eye testing considerably cheaper than most ophthalmologists and frames and lenses cheaper as well

  • Expensive if not in network!!

    Nice selection

    Frames are a nice style “Blount” and fits a smaller face than some of the competitors sunglasses selections. They can’t do gradient tint so the brown tint seems darker than what I’ve been wearing, not in a good way. They advertise “EyeMed” but are NOT in network. I was surprised by the exam price and also the price of sunglasses my insurance barely reimburses for out of network so my first experience with Warby Parker will be my last. The store employees are nice but it’s a busy atmosphere. I only recommend if your in network. They need to expand on that!!

  • Product is Good - Service was not

    I love my frames - but had a pretty ridiculous experience with getting them. I went into the Pentagon City store, ordered them and when they were shipped, they had mistakenly put my reading rx into the glasses instead of distance. Because it's impossible to get anyone on the phone, i went into the store, had them switch the order and then i got a voice mail saying they didn't get my Credit card info - even though i was in the store for the actual order. I never was able to get in touch with them and they canceled the order. I went BACK to the store for the third time and reordered them. I am not a happy customer.

    Excellent sunglasses - like the look, fit and light weight. Worth the money. I have purchased several pairs of different glasses from Warby Parker and also found their customer service to be top notch.
