    Poor service

    I love the frames the eye exams but the customer service when picking up the glasses no customer no checking if the fit was good I spent over 500.00 on 2 glasses for poor customer service on the fit now the fit is tight and I have to make time to go back because the clerk didn’t have time to properly check the fit

    This is the third pair of Warby Parker glasses I've purchased this year. My sunglasses are great. I like the style, comfort and how they make it easier to follow a golf ball. They're also good for driving and working outside. I owned a pair of RayBan sunglasses. The Warby Parker glasses are far less expensive, but equal in quality to RayBan.

    Stopped by a Warby Parker store to get a new pair, and the staff were incredibly helpful. I brought in my own prescription, and they had my new glasses made and shipped to my house within a week. Warby Parker prescription progressive lenses are high quality and come standard with anti-reflective and scratch-resistant coatings. You really get luxury-level glasses without the typical eye-doctor markup.

    The frames were perfect and were the right price. I have worn glasses my entire life and just had cataract surgery. Did not want to pay that much for regular glasses and Warby Parker was able to give me great sunglasses at a great price. The service in the Freehold Mall store was great.
