    I love my frames. I love how they fit on my face and I’ve gotten a lot of compliments. I did have a slight problem and I brought it right to Warby and they fixed it right on the spot which I was very happy about. I’ve been going to Warby for three years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

  • OK -- but not EXACTLY what I wanted

    The quality and fit is good. I guess it boils down to the style. Which is exactly as pictured, I think they just look dark on me, and I would prefer that they were more rounded on the top. They were a second choice for me, as I would have preferred an orange/red pair (which wasn't available, at least not in the medium, which is what I needed). I find myself wearing my old orange/red glasses (same prescription) rather than the new tortoise-shell ones). Everything else very good . . . the customer service, the price, the email communication, etc.

    I needed to exchange my glasses because of getting progressive lenses for the first time which didn’t work for me. The representative John was fabulous, very helpful and knowledgeable. I did not need to initially interact with a chatbot and instead got a real person on the phone very quickly. And, I love that Warby Parker donates a pair of glasses to someone who needs them; totally the cherry on top! Incredible experience!!
