  • Love the glasses and customer service!

    I love every pair of glasses I get from WP. I have been purchasing them for years. Sometimes with my eye insurance and sometimes without. They are very sturdy and do not feel cheap like some other glasses. Their customer service is amazing and they have helped me with returning glasses, exchanging glasses and just questions that I have. In my state we have a WP store and I have went there a few times to have my glasses adjusted. They are very kind and definitely go out of their way to help.

    The frames are stunning but the ‘anti-scratch’ coating is mediocre at best. I don’t even have the glasses a month and they are scratched! I take very good care and made it a point to make sure they didn’t scratch and when cleaning the lens, I noticed the scratches. Very disappointing.
