    I purchased these glasses because they fold in half. I was sent a large hard case for them which totally defeats the purpose of purchase. I contacted Warby Parker and was sent a cleaning kit. Can’t seem to get this right. Why is it so difficult to get me the proper case

    But Why?

    I LOVE THE FRAME and I do not love how they were sized to fit me. I have to position them in my hair in order for me to be able to read without them sliding down ALL DAY LONG!!! I've been to the store several times for an adjustment and I refuse to go because the problem is in the measurements that were sent not the actual frame.

    I took a chance with these as they are not available for home try on. Too many frames are no longer available for home try on…why 4 stars. I lucked out. The fit is good and the quality is top notch as always.

    Love the frames. They fold in multiple ways so they feel cool and gadget like. Plus I wanted an interesting wire frame. Score. Inasmuch, I have to admit. It’s the staff. They can sell me anything. Every single touch point from the time anyone walks in is met with excellence. Nga and staff are the service’s gurus of the Bridge Street retail community. Definitely the most warm and fun eye glasses experiences in my nearsightedness career. 😎😄🤣
