  • Second time consumer but maybe last

    I have the new glasses for about a month and they are fine. I have out of network eye insurance that turned down the claim because WP did not do it right. Called WP 2 times and was told each time it would be taken care of and I would be called to let me know that. You guess it. NO CALLS!! Not a way to run a business or trying to have customers come back.

    I’ve had these frames for about a month and I love them! They were not frames that I had liked when trying them on virtually…so keep an open mind! I had to go back for 1 adjustment…and now they are perfect!! Quality of frame is good…you just can’t beat the price, either.
