    While the frames are sturdy and I absolutely adore my other Warby Parker eyeglasses, these missed the mark. Online they look grey, but in person they’re charcoal — almost black. Unless that’s what you’re looking for, I’d pass on this color. I would not pass on Warby Parkers, though!

    I’m very happy with the whole Warby Parker process. I had a prescription this time, but will use their optometrist next time. Love my frames. Took them to the store for minor adjustments after I received them in the mail. They fit. I can see. All is well.

    Thank you Warby Parker for preparing my glasses and then after my eye exam was incorrect , I had to have two cataracts removed, Warby Parker took my glasses back , and corrected the glasses after the surgery healing. Thank you again for helping make my vision a success. The fit was excellent and the quality is professionally made.
