  • Nice frame - wrong color

Sent the wrong color - I wanted the blue replacement and was sent the brown - how did they get it wrong?

I love my frames and progressive lens. I have been buying glasses from Warby Parker for years and am completely satisfied. Great staff, great glasses.

They're very helpful in helping me pick new more stylish frames. They are lightweight, fit very well and look great.

  • Progressive Glasses.

    Big Chief

I tried progressive’s for the second time. This is my first time with Warby Parker. I absolutely hate them. It’s like a fun house mirror. I get a headache after wearing them. They said give them time but it’s not worth living with the headaches. Complete waste of $460.00. Oh well, at least now I know never to get progressive glasses again.

  • Grade A Purchasing Experience

Fits great, price is excellent, experience top notch. From walking in to full eye exam to selecting and paying for the glasses I was there a total of 21 minutes, very impressive

  • Beautiful and light weight, easy to order

    Cartwrigh123

I never ordered glasses online before, but my local stores stopped taking my insurance so I gave it a shot. It was easier than I thought, and the customer service was so kind and helpful. I was able to return a pair easily too. I love that these glasses come in both colors that match most of my outfits.

  • Great looking, but beware the fit

    Greg

This is my second pair of same style glasses. Like the look. Did not fit well out of the box, so took them to WP retail store nearby to get fitted. Ultimately, they made fit better, but don't expect a professional efficient experience at their store. The girl literally cranked and twisted the arms of glasses with her bare hands to "adjust" the fit. Both sides are no longer symmetrical by any stretch of the imagination - but it sits OK on my face, so I ultimately got what I paid for.

  • Highly recommend!

    MrCrane

Like the frames. Fit was an issue. Follow-up by WP encouraged me to go back immediately for an adjustment. I did, and now glasses fit perfectly. My vision, now the best it's been in many years. Thank you! By the way, Dr Mimi at the New Jersey store...I believe, Mount Laurel, Sagemore location, so professional and took the time to get my vision back to 20/20 again. I'm seeing the best I have in years. Please give her a Thank -you from me. Chris Crane. Hammonton, NJ.
