    The quality of the frames received were extremely poor. quality. Cheap looking and cheap feel. They were extra flimsy. The pair of glasses ordered arrived damaged and bent. I requested a return and refund yesterday, and I have still not received the link to return them. I have, however, received two marketing messages from WP since yesterday. Ironic. I have spent thousands of dollars on Warby Parker glasses in the past. I wanted to give WP another chance. The quality and service continues to deteriorate.

    The frames are too tight on my nose (bridge). The right lens just popped out from the frames when I stretched it a little. This frame set seems poorly made

    Vision

    The glasses purchased were not measured correctly. The store remeasured and ordered another pair which recently arrived. While there was improvement, they are still not correct and will need to be retiring to the store for remeasurements. Unfortunately, the closest store is and hour away.
