  • Yet another problem with Garden City, Cranston

    Rdp garden city

    We need to return the Garden City again to have these new frames adjusted. We have had nothing but negative experiences from the Garden City location over the past year. Every time we’ve ordered from Garden City, I’ve had to go to the Fay Street location or the location up in Boston at the Prudential center to get new frames made.

    These frames straight out the box were unwearable . They arrived so wide . One reviewer did state that in a review but I thought they were exaggerating… they definitely were not . I had to go to a store for them to be adjusted only for them to feel loose AGAIN. I’m still within my 30 day window I will be returning / reordering a new pair. Also the color pattern on the Hughes frames look totally different from what I tried on in store .

    I bought these frames and love the overall experience, if I didn’t love my optometrist I currently have I would also be moving to get my eye exams at Warby, I walked in the longest part was selecting a frame the clerk took my measurements and placed my order! So quick and efficient and the quality of my glasses are great!
