  • Return process issues

    Float

    Return process within the 30 day window has been a pain with multiple issues including dropping my eyeglasses at the Bridge Street Warby location in Huntsville Alabama (the person who took my glasses Took my return neglected to tag the box to show the glasses returned. I found this out by calling your main phone number listed on website. I hope the credit shows on my credit card sooner than later or I will be making a complaint.

  • Cute frames - but pricey

    New frames ‘26

    Hello - cute frames - color good - speckled with light blue - but expensive for the price - of course lots of marketing making it desirable - plastic frames - but seem sturdy - l dropped them several times so far so good no issues I hate the lenses - will contact customer service and stores as I’m not supposed to write about that here

  • Easy Peasy fitting

    Replaced broken frames for a pair with my favorite turquoise palette. When the glasses arrived, I returned to store to have them “fitted”. So easy peasy! Don’t forget they donate a pair too.
