I bought this frame a few weeks ago and they are very comfortable and good quality frames. I ordered a medium and the fit was good. This is my 4th pair of Warby Parker’s and as always before I am very pleased and have recommended to friends and family. The whole process is so easy and you get good quality frames and lenses!

The glasses are fine. My issue is with customer service. I dropped in to the store to have my glasses adjusted and they said an optician had to adjust the frame and they were coming in 2 hours later. I couldn't wait so when I had time the next week I called to find out when the optician would be there. Warby Parker has hired a customer service company to answer their phone. After about 10 minutes of back and forth with her (she was very nice, it just took that long for her to get the information) I asked her when the optician would be in. She put me on hold, then came back and said she didn't have the info but when she did she would email to let me know when the optician would be in the store. I never heard from her. I was able to get the glasses adjusted and the optician was friendly and did a good job, but it was more work than I anticipated.

Fitting Process is Very Disappointing
My Eyes Hurt
The frames feel lighter and thinner than my previous pairs and are quite squeaky, which makes me wondering if quality is dropping. The lenses in one pair were very poorly fitted into the frame and both pairs had to be adjusted. I am experiencing eye pain by the end of each day after about 10 days of wearing them, which confirms that these glasses and lenses are just not fit properly. I will be requesting a full refund later today. This is my third or fourth order from Warby and I have never enjoyed their process as I end up having to go to the store multiple times to get the frames and lenses to fit right. It seemed cool and new at first, but the process creates great disappointment when the glasses arrive and are not even close to wearable. I’ll be going back to the old way of eye exam and frames purchase at a traditional optometrist.

I bought these for reading glasses. The frame is of good quality and the prescription is spot on. The only issue I have with these frames is they slip down on my nose. I’m not sure if this is because they don’t fit property or something else. I am going to buy some adhesive nose pads. Hopefully, this will solve the problem.
