  • Disappointed

    LJD55

I have had Warby Parker frames for several years and normally do not review anything. My new glasses have great lenses. The problem is that they rub my ears raw and hurt when I wear them. I have had them adjusted twice, but they still hurt. I went back to my old glasses and brought these in as an example of what works. Still no luck. I now have to go back for a third try or see if I can get a refund. Warby Parker is not as cheap as advertised by the time you get the lenses, and these still hurt.

Love the color of the frames. Been wearing them for a few weeks now. Need to in and get them tightened just a bit

  • Cute, except they’re constantly on the floor

    SkyShep

They’re good quality but they are falling off my face constantly when I bend over. I’m not sure the fit is right, even though when I tried them on in the store, that pair was nice and solid. I’m not sure what went wrong with this pair.

  • Bad service. UPSET

Terrible customer service and it took too long for the glasses to get to me. It took a month.

  • A lot of subtle style

    polyJoe

These are just enough of a style statement for me. The color scheme - the bleed from light to dark brings a lot of interest, subtly.
