  • So Happy!

    Jeanne14

I have been wanting to get Warby Parker frames for quite some time now. I used the app to select a feew options, then went to my local store to try on several pairs in person. Clemens looked great and I ordered them in store. The frames were delivered to my house in a week. I'm so happy with the frames! I only wish they had a clip on sunglass option.

  • Long wait

    Boymom

I originally ordered my frames in December. I was pressured to order a specific lens type. They came within two weeks. Despite giving them time, I was unable to get adjust to them and everything was in doubles. I requested a new pair in February. They took over a month to arrive. It was so frustrating to be without glasses.

  • Glasses

    Jen the nurse

The glasses came and i was so excited, unfortunately, i wear bifocals and the prescription is not correct for the reading component. I sent them my prescription and my other glasses from the other eye place worked but not these. I have to get more glasses from the other place i went. On the bright note, my daughter also got glasses from your company and she loves hers!

  • Best Glasses!

    Erica

These are stylish yet understated. They go with literally everything. I’ve gotten so many compliments so far. As someone who is super sensitive with how glasses sit on my face, I love how comfortable these are. They also stay in well for working out and running. Huge fan!

  • Fast shipping!

    Rachel

I really like my glasses! What I appreciated most was the fast shipping. I had ordered another pair through a well known eye glass company and after waiting 4 weeks for my glasses to come, I ordered from warby parker and paid for rush shipping. I would have been happy if they arrived within a week, but they came in less than 48 hours. I was a beyond impressed.

  • Awful product

    Olivia2288

The only reason I gave two stars instead of one star is because the people at Warby really are lovely, and I know they don’t make the products and just deal with the hand their dealt, but this has been such a horrendous experience, I would never ever recommend anyone getting glasses from them, stick with your eye doctor if you are going to spend the money to get new glasses. I get my new pair of glasses, and literally putting them on, the right arm of the glasses falls off completely, just snaps off the glasses. So I call customer service, they assure me they will just order me a new pair and to go into my local store, so I go to my local store and they tell me I have to BUY a new pair of frames. So, note that I paid twice for these to have such an awful product at the end. They order the frames to the store and I get notified when they come in, which is about three to four weeks after going in store, so it takes awhile. I go in store and they do something called a “lense swap” but the lenses don’t fit right in the frames, so on one side you can actually see and feel the lenses out, and they are lopsided and don’t fit me right. They just look like an inexpensive two dollar drugstore pair and it is incredible disappointing. 10/10 will not recommend and am so disappointed in the company itself for all around the way everything turned out and was handled.
