  • Scratching all over lens

    This is the first time I have been disappointed with Warby Parker. This is my 4th pair of glasses and I’m very diligent in taking care of my glasses only using glasses cloth to clean. Every pair of glasses I get the scratch repel and they usually last around 2 years. This pair I’ve had for just over 6 months and I have extensive scratching all over. Really disappointed in this pair.

    a simple like with some highlights that are impressive. the white stripe is ...well eye catching. the glasses fit like a glove and are lightweight. surprised by the lenses. my progressive prescription is difficult to get right. warby parker nailed it. i am a new fan of this product and their service.

  • Stop spam emails they don’t work

    Here’s a review I bought glasses and now I have 14 marketing emails from you. Im literally getting multiple spam emails a day. Spam emails don’t work. I don’t sign into my email see a bunch of junk and think yes let me spend money. But I do get angry and start regretting ever using you in the first place.
