  • Sold on Warby Parker

    Mjg56

I’ve purchased my glasses from Warby Parker for the last few years. I love the choices and the price. This year I picked a low bridge version. The fit is fantastic!! They don’t slide down my nose. Would definitely recommend this fit!

  • Great progressive lenses!

    Cathy

I received these a few weeks ago and they came to me very crooked. After I straightened them out ( I am a retired licensed optician after 50 years in the optical business) and adjusted them they seem to be okay. They are still not as comfortable as my others ( Nadia) that I bought last year. Luckily my prescription didn't really change much so I can see very well out of either one.

  • Warby Parker quality gone

    Sad:(

This frame is very flimsy and bent immediately the day I started wearing them. 3 weeks later theyre already falling off my face

  • I want to be happy

    Gram6293

The first pair I purchased were very heavy, and uncomfortable. I returned and received another pair, still unable to wear., uncomfortable. I really want to love them, but I do not. I have not returned to the store, as I do not want to be one of those customers. The nose piece is too large, and the earpiece do not have enough curve, keep sliding down. Very heavy on my nose, after ten minutes, I have to go back to my old glasses.

  • Fits my round face really well!

    Krystal

I chose these frames under a recommendation from the helpers at Warby Parker. I have a round face and the roundness of the frames fit really well. The only thing is this glasses is built for a low nose bridge, but my nose is super oily and the glasses still fall easily. As a result, I docked 1 star for that, since the recommendation was granted on that basis. I did pay extra for thinner lenses and it is thin for a -5.75 prescription. I'm happy about that compared to other services I've received outside of Warby.

  • Convenient purchase experience

    Kimzi

The quality of the frames is as I expected. simple and lightweight. However, despite the fact that I ordered the low bridge fit, the frame tends to slip down on my face. I went in person once, and they fixed it for me, but it still slips. I would say this is a huge drawback, because I cannot go back and forth until my glasses reach the desired fit (if they ever would)! Overall, it was a good purchase experience.
