    Needed new glasses and wanted to use insurance but the places I went didn't except my insurance. The lady in one of the shops recommend Warby Parker and since I was only 5 minutes away went directly there. 30 minutes later I had purchased new glasses. Very helpful staff and glasses arrived as promised.

    The staff was friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised that it only took a few hours to adjust to my progessives. It's only been about a month and so far so good. I like the policy that I have 30 days to test out the progessives. I ended up getting 2 pairs and both only took a few hours to get used to. I haven't worn progressive in at least 5 years and at that time and coudn't adjust to it. Perhaps technology for progressives have improved.

    I am really impressed the way they do business. After I bought my glasses, I wasn't sure if I really wanted to keep them or exchange them for a new pair. No problem; not only could I exchange them for a new pair, but I could also return them for a refund. No other optical company can beat that.
