  • Great frames, however…

    I really love the selection of frames. However, I’m disappointed with the service. My glasses were completed with the wrong prescription. I returned them to the store, explaining that I was going on vacation in 2 weeks. They agreed to expedite the order. I called and was told they’d be delivered on or before 10/18. I called again when I didn’t receive the frames by 10/21. I was told they’d would not be finished in time. I canceled the order. I’ll by the frames, however the glasses will be made elsewhere from now on.

  • Smart and Fresh, great customer service

    I adore my green Ainsleys. They make me look both smart and fresh at the same time. Also it's important to note the great customer service I had from Warby Parker. When the Ainsley's got lost due to my own error of sending them to the wrong address (a former address of mine from 8 years ago that I'd used in my Warby Parker account), WB sent me a whole new pair to my correct address at no charge to me.  Truly great customer service! WB has made me a loyal customer.
