  • WP redid the lenses to my liking. I’m very happy.

    Andy

Picked these up in a pair of graded grey tinting with progressive lenses. On arrival, they just didn’t work. The progressive transition was set way too high, and I didn’t like the grey lenses overall. Yet since that was my style choice, had the lenses not been unusable, it wouldn’t have been enough for me to get them to replace them. I made that bed. However! Since the progressive magnification was right in my center field of view, Warby happily replaced them, moving the transition lower, and swapping out for their brown lenses. Excellent customer service. Now they’re perfect. Spendy, at $580 with no discounts or anything, but it’s a great pair of glasses. I’m very happy.

  • Bought em twice

    Bob35

Actually bought these twice, once as a prescription set and again as non prescription after lasik, they just look good. The frames are thick, so these are more social than yard work glasses but are comfortable.

  • Great sunglasses poor service.

    BigVic57

I love these frames and the color of the lenses. I had the order them on line because they were not available in the store. The sales person didn't seem interested in making an in store sale. She didn't offer to show me a different pair of sunglasses or the check with other local stores to see if they had them in stock. My wife and I were going on vacation and wanted a new pair of sunglasses. I ordered them online and I got them in time. My wife bought her sun glasses at Sunglass Hut,

  • Another example of great service!

    JimH

Great experience purchasing new prescription sunglasses with progressive lenses at Warby Parker, as has been true with previous eyeglass purchases from W-P. There is a W-P store only 2.5 miles from our home. The staff member we worked with was very helpful in selecting an appropriate frame. The fitting was professional and quick. The glasses arrived at our home in 10 days. I am very happy with the frames - lightweight, fit well, nice blue color and with the lenses. While in the shop, a two year-old pair of wire-rimmed W-P glasses underwent minor adjustment and replacement of the nose pads at no charge. Overall, far better service, excellent product and lower price than would have been possible at other eyeglass sellers.
