I bought this frame (low bridge version) a month ago and I love the fit and style. It was exactly what I wanted. My glasses stay in my face and I ordered online through the app which was a breeze! Who doesn’t love buying glasses and someone else gets a pair too! Win win!

I love this frame, the wide option fit is perfect and it's so difficult to find frames that fit my around my cheeks bones. The guy who did my eye exam (not a WP location) did not listen to me when I explained the distance between my eyes and screen and originally wrote a bad rx. Luckily I was able to get the correct rx. I thought I was going to have to pay for new lenses after I sent the frames back, but not with Warby Parker! They took the info over the phone, ordered new frames and lenses to be sent to a new address and even emailed a shipping label to return the glasses that didn't work -- and it wasn't even a mistake made by WP! The best customer service ever.

Ordered new glasses but on one of them, they came in deformed and had to have them adjusted at one of the Warby Parker stores. The frames were bent in a way. The tech at the store had to bend them back and do the fit adjustments.

Very pleased with these glasses. Original ones were mismade and WP checked them and said, "No problem. we can fix this easily" and a few days later I had my new without the "film" on the lenses and they work perfectly.

I lost my pair of fantastic glasses and went to order a replacement online but found that my prescription was too old for a re-order. So I called W-P and got a *phenomenal* customer service rep named Krizzel who was pleasant and very helpful. She took it on herself to contact my optometrist and get permission to re-use my existing prescription and called me back once she had done so. Not only that, but she was able to give me a $20 discount per the great W-P policy (that I didn't know of to ask for) and followed up with an e-mail follow up confirming all the details. And of course after that W-P sent emails for every step of the order - which arrived 3 days earlier than promised. I know this is a bit wordy, but I am so delighted with W-P and their great employees that I need to share this with everyone. This company is an example of how to treat customers and to engender loyalty and word-of-mouth recommendation. Thanks, W-P!!!
