Worse company ever..be sure to have your lense RX w you..don't pre buy a frame w/o lense RX in hand.. they will re charge you for entire purchase if you walk out the door w/o ordering lenses at the time of purchase.. Just bad business.

Really easy and fast eye examination. Had retinal imaging machines so you don't need to do the eye drop dilation. Danielle was a great help when shopping for glasses!

The showroom was kind of hard to find. The location was said to be at 233 but the entrance to that was closed with a little sign in front saying I was at the right place but not quite. The address should be changed to one square soho which is right next to the old address listed. Other than that my appointment was very cute ! Everyone was so welcoming and thoughtful ! I was the last appointment which worried me because I didn’t want to take long to shop for glasses when they were closing but they took the time to help me find the pair I was looking for. Everyone was super sweet and the place was so cool ! Would def come back.

Used to be so good, now they’re just terrible.
I showed up to an eye exam today that is advertised on their app as $120-$140, varies by location. I’m told it will be over $200 and they won’t honor the advertised price.
Last year I waited over 4 weeks for new glasses because my order “got stuck” somewhere in their system.

Great customer service including a wide selection of glasses that you can only get in there. It can be a slightly tricky finding the location at which entrance, but is worth it. Gene brought to me a wide array of options and his team made it comfortable to try on different styles and looks.

I bought a pair of glasses here this week. It was one of the most delightful experiences I ever had in a store! The store was gorgeous. The people were welcoming and helpful. The glasses were stylish and there was lots of choice. And the price is unbeatable! I paid $99 all in - glasses and frames. Why did I pay more than $400 for my previous glasses? I'll be with Warby for life.

Ordered rx sunglasses w option for Warby Parker to "contact my optometrist." I got a completely wrong prescription, which Warby gave me details of and does not match any of my prescriptions. They then said they would contact my optometrist to get proper one and get a proper pair sent out. Despite me never having trouble getting my optometrist on the phone WP said they were never able to reach then but would continue to try. After a couple weeks I gave up on them and am getting a refund. It is ridiculous that Warby Parker is cavalier about sending out wrong prescriptions that, if the wrong prescription is unnoticed by a customer, could have serious health consequences.
